Seth is an accomplished civil defense, litigation attorney; he is a results-oriented individual and works well in fast-paced litigation environments. He handles claims on behalf of multiple insurance carriers as well as self-insureds.

Seth has a strong background in the areas of general liability, auto liability, premises liability and civil litigation He has a proven ability to manage a caseload from inception through conclusion. He formulates short and long-term strategies, communicates values, and drives critical decisions in order to meet or exceed stated objectives.
