Sumit Kochar Case, Index Number 504385/2016. This was a two-car accident where both of the parties alleged that the other driver failed to obey a yield sign. The plaintiff alleged a rotator cuff tear and underwent an orthoscopic surgery. The defendant had left the scene before the police had arrived. Jillian argued that the plaintiff failed to obey the yield sign and failed to see the defendant’s vehicle.
