Since managing partner Alan Russo founded the firm in 1996, tailored client service has always been a guiding principle. “I’ve always been committed to providing quality work for my clients,” says Russo, “and ensuring we do everything to protect them and their interests.” We confer regularly with our clients to ensure their decision making is informed and that their objectives are being met. They may choose to be involved in formulating strategy, or they may prefer our attorneys take the lead. “We learn what each client wants, from their preferred billing practices and how to communicate with them, to their favorite baseball team and type of pizza,” says name partner David Gould.

“The firm has always been very forward-thinking and receptive to growth,” says partner Terre Villani. “Our high-level mediation practice is a great example of our evolution.
