On July 11, 2019, at 2 p.m. Florina Altshiler will be presenting a CLE course entitled “Insurance Coverage for Sexual Assault Claims”

The #MeToo movement has brought forth widespread attention to the issue of sexual assault.  With it, comes significant litigation implications and new legislation across the country, such as the Child Victim Act passed in New York State 2019. This program explores the topic of sexual assault within the field of civil litigation, specifically addressing claims of child sexual abuse and related insurance litigation and coverage issues that ensue.
