Nicole Leva joined Russo & Gould after gaining valuable experience at a real estate law firm in South Carolina, where she assisted clients with closings, contract review, and title matters. Nicole earned her J.D. from the Charleston School of Law, where she served as President of the Business Law Society and competed nationally on the Transactional Law Advocacy Team. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Alabama, where she was active in the Pre-Law Student Organization and campus leadership. In her free time, Nicole enjoys ballet, Pilates, traveling, and spending time with her dog, Olive.
Russo & Gould is pleased to announce the elevation of Trishe Hynes to partner, effective January 1, 2026. Trishe joined Russo & Gould as a senior associate in 2020 and has since advised clients on a wide range of matters, including New York State Labor Law violations, construction defects, high exposure multi-party motor vehicle accidents, appellate advocacy, and insurance coverage issues. Clients value her laser focus and fluency in managing all aspects of litigation, from appeals, motion practice, and court appearances to oral arguments, depositions, and hearings.
