Charlotte McLellan is an associate attorney with Russo & Gould LLP, where she handles all stages of litigation involve complex claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Charlotte served as a Deputy State's Attorney in Vermont, gaining extensive courtroom experience investigating and prosecuting misdemeanor and felony crimes. During her time in law school, Charlotte spent time working with the criminal division of the Vermont Office of the Attorney General.
In her free time, Charlotte enjoys skiing, traveling, exploring New York City, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
Russo & Gould is pleased to announce the elevation of Trishe Hynes to partner, effective January 1, 2026. Trishe joined Russo & Gould as a senior associate in 2020 and has since advised clients on a wide range of matters, including New York State Labor Law violations, construction defects, high exposure multi-party motor vehicle accidents, appellate advocacy, and insurance coverage issues. Clients value her laser focus and fluency in managing all aspects of litigation, from appeals, motion practice, and court appearances to oral arguments, depositions, and hearings.
