Aidin Kazemi is an associate at Russo and Gould LLP, where he handles all stages of litigation involving complex claims, including New York State Labor Law violations, construction defects, and high-exposure, multi-party motor vehicle accidents.
Prior to joining the firm, Aidin clerked at the New York State Supreme Court, Queens County, where he assisted his assigned judge in drafting orders, decisions, and judgments. During his clerkship, he gained exposure to a wide range of civil litigation matters, including torts, contractual disputes, real estate litigation, and class actions. Aidin earned his LL.M. from The George Washington University Law School.
In his free time, Aidin enjoys learning new languages, going to the gym, and spending time with friends.
